Called
The root word for “called”–Gr. kaleo–occurs 12x in this chapter. Such root word is preceded by “para” which means “to be called along side,” which is a direct reference to the Holy Spirit, either as a noun (“The Comforter”) or a verb (“Comforter”). The same root word, kaleo, also occurs with the prefix “ek” which means “out of” and, so, ek-kaleo is a reference to the “church.” The 12 kaleo root words are given below: 
Joy
The root word for “joy, gladness, rejoice” is chairo (which appears in English in our word “charity” in the sense of grace / kindness, a manifestation of joy) which occurs in various forms 6x in this chapter as given below: 
Know (Gr. Ginosko)
The common word for “to know” is the Gr word ginosko. It occurs in various forms 5x in this chapter as given below. “Knowledge” especially secret knowledge was a passion in ancient Greece. In ancient Greece such knowing was associated with the mystery religions and its secret rites and specially anointed teachers who covered such secret knowledge. All this was the opposite of the knowledge of the objective reality of Jesus Christ, His Person and Word.
